These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Joyz website at joyz.io and any related products, applications, games or services (together, the "Services") operated by Joyz ("Joyz", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joyz and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Joyz from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.
